Refund policy

Our plantain clusters are food, so we can't take back opened packs or accept returns for a change of mind.

Damaged, wrong or missing items. If your order arrives damaged, or something is wrong or missing, message us through our contact form within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show them.
